With the LiveBANK ID you can log in to the internet banking and approve (sign) your orders.You can request the code for activating the app from our customer service (by e-mail [email protected] or by phone on 0800 070 021 from MON-THU 08: 00-18: 00 and FR 08: 00-17: 00 ), you will receive the activation letter by post.Download the ID app from the store and activate the new login and subscription procedure by entering a code.
As soon as a new request is available in the app, you will receive a push notification.
In the app, you can see your release or login data again for checking and by clicking on the control number displayed in banking, you can release transfers and orders easily and securely.The ID app supports the "convenience registration" using Quick-ID (4-digit number code) and Touch-ID (fingerprint).Advantages of the LiveBANK ID app:• Available free of charge in the app stores - no usage fee• Convenient registration with Quick-ID as well as Touch-ID• Particularly secure technology through two-factor authentication (PSD2)• All data of the order to be signed or the login authorization are displayed again in the ID app for checking and are released by clicking on the correct control numberMore information at www.LiveBANK.at/id
